Shipping
We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (India): 4-7 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders above a certain order value. Check our website for current promotions.
Returns
We want you to love your ZEPH purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@wearzeph.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
